A: Thanks for reaching out Sam! This 9mm ammo is designed to function correctly in all 9mm firearms, your Stoeger included. Please make certain you understand the drawbacks to steel-cased ammo before you order it, though. Many ranges prohibit "magnetic" bullets which contain steel, and steel cases do occasionally present a higher chance of extraction failure in certain firearms.

A: Yes sir. It's made in Tula, Russia.

A: Thanks for reaching out Thomas! Tula doesn't put the year of manufacture on their ammo's headstamp, but I couldn't guarantee the production date of the specific ammunition which we would ship to you anyway. I can guarantee that this is recently produced ammo, with 100% non-corrosive Berdan primers.

A: Yes sir, we do ship to New Jersey! The state's strict gun laws do require us to ask for ID prior to shipping, but that's simple enough. You can learn more about our service to New Jersey here: luckygunner.com/new-jersey-ammo-sales

A: My apologies, but state law prevents us from shipping to Massachusetts. I hope we're able to serve you one day!

By: Dean Dearborn
A: Thanks for reaching out Dean! Steel cases will indeed accelerate wear to a handgun's ejector. You probably won't notice any significantly greater wear after burning through a case of ammo, though, and I don't believe mild rolled steel like this will significtantly accelerate wear to the extractor.

A: We are currently in uncharacteristically low supply owing to the pandemic. We're working hard on restocking our warehouse and hope to offer this ammo for sale again as soon as possible. Thank you for reaching out, and for bearing with us!

A: I am sorry to say that due to a combination of ammo-specific regulations and other new laws being passed in California, we are no longer able to ship any orders to our great and loyal customers there.
When Proposition 63 passed a couple of years ago, we worked very hard to build a system that would connect customers in California with friendly FFLs and other licensed ammunition vendors who could satisfy the law’s face-to-face transfer requirements.
Unfortunately, in July that law requires a background check element. We had anticipated being able to meet that requirement if nothing else changed, but as you know, California continues to pass new burdensome laws. In particular, California recently passed a new privacy law that will impose a great deal of cost on our company and on the FFLs who help us in California.
The combination of these regulations, in addition to the unfriendly environment for 2nd Amendment supporting companies, means that we are simply unable find a way to serve California customers at this time and still remain in business.
We are very sorry that we will no longer be able to serve our great customers in California, and we are grateful for your business and support to this point. We will miss our California friends, and continue to hope that we will be able to serve you again in the future.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

A: Hi Frank,
Tula is steel cased ammunition. While they should work in 9mm pistols, we recommend checking your owner's manual for any exclusions, and also checking with your range to make sure steel cased ammunition is permitted.

A: The steel used in bi-metal jackets is extremely soft steel compared to firearms barrels. It will not cause any more appreciable wear in rifle and pistol barrels than plain copper-jacketed ammunition.

A: Hello Jay!
This Tula ammunition is loaded with a bi-metal jacketed projectile. This means that while the core is completely lead, the jacket of the bullet is constructed with layers of copper and steel. As a result, it cannot be used at any range that restricts the use of ammunition containing steel.

A: Hello Karl!
This Tula ammunition is loaded in a steel case with a bi-metal jacketed bullet. The bi-metal jacket is created when layers of copper and steel are pressed together to make the jacket material.
